These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Allons. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1Service Hours

  • Half Day bookings cover up to 5 hours
  • Full Day bookings cover up to 10 hours
  • Service start time is based on the agreed booking time

2Overtime Charges

If your trip exceeds the agreed time:

  • Additional hours will be billed proportionally
  • Extended usage beyond 10 hours may be charged as a full additional day

3Fuel PolicyImportant

  • All bookings are fuel-exclusive
  • Clients are responsible for fuel used during the trip
  • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup

4Driver & Service

  • All vehicles come with a professional driver
  • Driver cost is included in your booking
  • Clients may tip drivers at their discretion (optional)

5Out-of-Accra & Multi-Day Trips

For trips outside Accra:

  • Clients are responsible for driver accommodation for overnight stays
  • OR
  • Allons can arrange accommodation at an additional cost

6Payment Terms

We offer flexible payment options:

Option 1: Pay Now

Full payment before trip confirmation

Option 2: Book Now, Pay Later

  • Reserve your booking without immediate payment
  • Full payment must be completed before trip commencement

Accepted payment methods:

  • Mobile Money
  • Bank Transfer

7Security Deposit

  • A deposit may be required to confirm certain bookings
  • This will be communicated at the time of booking
  • Deposits are refundable subject to compliance with terms

8No Cash Policy

  • All payments must be made through official Allons channels
  • Do not make payments directly to drivers
  • Allons is not responsible for unauthorized payments made outside our system

9Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of trip start are subject to charges
  • Early cancellations may incur administrative fees
  • No-shows may be charged up to the full booking amount

10Booking Changes

  • Changes to destination, timing, or duration must be communicated in advance
  • Additional charges may apply depending on adjustments

11Use of Vehicle

  • Vehicles may only be used for agreed routes and purposes
  • Any changes must be approved by Allons

12Liability

Allons is committed to safety and reliability. However, we are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic or unforeseen events
  • Loss of personal belongings

13Customer Responsibility

Clients are expected to:

  • Respect vehicle condition
  • Follow driver guidance
  • Avoid misuse of the vehicle
